From Order to Reward: How It Works
COLLECTION & REDEMPTION OF POINTS
Points can only be collected & redeemed online
To collect and redeem Hut Rewards points, you must create a Pizza Hut Cyprus online account on the website or app and be logged in when placing your order.
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent on eligible online orders, excluding delivery fees and other excluded items.
Points are awarded in full €1 increments only and are usually added within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
To redeem points, go to My Points in your account and convert them into vouchers:
500 points = €5
Only one voucher can be used per order.
Points/vouchers cannot be used with offers and are valid only for online orders via the Pizza Hut website or app.
Points cannot be redeemed for dine-in, call centre, or in-store orders.
Points expire 180 days after they are earned.
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be cancelled in cases of misuse or fraud.
